The human body is an ecosystem and its perfect design is finely balanced. What you take into the body either nourishes it or debilitates it and it is now very important that you pay attention to how you are treating your physical vehicle. Much has been achieved in recent times as far as this understanding is concerned but you still don’t know all the facts. There are people who maintain high standards of health because they have investigated and applied concepts of good health and more of our friends need to do this.


Beyond being a physical body you are an energy field and you interact with the visible and invisible worlds around you through energetic vibration. As we have so often said, you are not an island – everything affects you and you affect everything else. You must understand that you are more than a physical body and the reality you perceive through your five senses is only a small band of frequency in a vast field of knowledge and creativity. Just because you can’t see it does not mean it isn’t alive. It is. This field is vibrant and present and through it help is always at hand if you are willing to embrace the reality of its existence.


Your mind and body are not separate. As you treat your body, so you treat your mind and it is through this infinite connection with the life beyond the physical that your experience is shaped. Mind has been conditioned over millenia to behave as it does and it is through seeing this clearly that you have the ability to alter your thoughts. Negative states of thought and emotion create a kind of bubble around you through which Universal Intelligence cannot penetrate and you cannot escape, and this leads to feelings of isolation and separateness which compounds the problem.


Mind affects body and in order to achieve a greater feeling of health and energy it is essential to pay attention to what your mind is doing. Most people have chaos in their mind, and others fail to see this because of the chaos in their own. It is time to address the chaos and let it fall away from you.


It is essential to understand that you create a forcefield of energy around you through your thinking and emotional mechanisms. It is equally essential to understand that there is help available to you and you are not the isolated and lonely individual you believe yourself to be. What is presented to you as information, from any source, will mostly either lift you or depress you because you believe in the totality of the five sense reality you live in. You do not have to believe any of it but the conditioning of the mind will impel most humans to take a position of agreement or disagreement and live by what their mind has decided to think.


A quiet mind is an open mind. An open mind will look for further information and embrace other points of view without becoming attached to them. A quiet mind will prevail with equanimity through times of difficulty whether personal or collective.


The body is deeply affected by the thinking processes and emotional experience and its natural ecosystem can be thrown out of balance very easily. However, it is resilient and the energy that activates the physical vehicle is always available. Illness is part of health, which is a spectrum. There are those who experience much illness in their lives, despite their best efforts, through which they learn a great deal about themselves and the world around them. While you need your body for material life, who you are is not the body. You are a wave form vibration that includes the body for as long as you need it, but who you are is eternal and in this state your life cannot end.


Treat your body well. Equally, be observant of what takes place in your mental and emotional bodies for they are all connected. Hold your connection to the life that exists beyond visible light for it is here that many problems and difficulties can be resolved if you would just surrender and stop worrying. Surrender does not mean giving up or giving in, it means giving forth to That which has the power to heal, and then being willing to follow the directions you are given, which usually come from within. You know when internal or external advice is right because it is accompanied by what you call a “light bulb” moment and energy rises.


Negative states of thought and feeling will rob you of energy so it is good to spend quiet moments at times through the day when you allow your mind to become quiet. It is in these quiet moments that you experience your body more fully and can sense its state of wellness or unease. And it is in these quiet moments that you can sense the Presence of That which loves and supports you and allow it to guide you.
